Heatwave or not, the second the sun comes out in the summer there is only one thought that all of us in the UK have: time for a barbecue!
An absolute must anytime we are blessed with glorious sunshine and warm temperatures; the British barbecue is a staple of our summer culture. Gathering friends in the park, the beach, family in the garden, and throwing on a few burgers and sausages is what our summer evenings are all about. Now combine that with a birthday celebration and the fine meat catering of Hog Roast Wymondham and, well, you might very well just have the perfect summer’s day in the UK.
This, at least, was the finding of our featured customer of the week in Wymondham, who used their birthday celebrations to host 50 of their friends and family for the ultimate summertime barbecue. Aside from our signature hog roasts, we are very well known for our barbecue menu. For this birthday celebration there was no hog roast, but there was burgers (both veggie and beef), black pepper sausages, peri marinated chicken thighs, fried onions, cheese, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, pasta salad, cooling Greek salad, and herb dressed new potatoes.
All in all, a winning menu for an excellent birthday barbecue with Hog Roast Wymondham!
