Rita and her fiancé are getting married later this summer and have hired Hog Roast Sheringham to cater for their big day. We have previously catered for the couples’ engagement party in 2024, so it will be lovely to see the pair on their wedding day and it is always an honour to be invited back by a return customer. For the menu, our catering managers Ria and Paul have worked with the couple to create the perfect menu for the occasion and we have come up with a package that is sure to go down well!
When the day of the wedding arrives, the Hog Roast Sheringham team is planning on getting to the venue in the morning and getting to work on slow-roasting our hog. The succulent pork will be cooked for around five hours and can then be expertly carved once ready. It will then be served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling, with fresh bread rolls and wraps on offer. Alternatively, the guests can enjoy BBQ-pulled jackfruit or marinated chicken kebabs. For the sides, we will be offering homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, a mixed green leaf salad, and our Chef’s own pasta salad. Overall, this menu is incredibly varied and is sure to be a success with the guests, with more than enough to go around!
