On a warm July afternoon, nestled in the idyllic countryside at Lambs Cottage, we had the privilege of helping Hetty and Andy celebrate the beginning of their next chapter. After a touching ceremony at Ludham Church, guests made their way to the reception, where Hog Roast Ludham was ready to serve a feast as thoughtful and vibrant as the couple themselves.Everything about the day had been carefully considered by our team at Hog Roast Ludham, from the rustic setting to the food served with love. The celebrations began with relaxed antipasti platters brought straight to each table, the perfect way to break the ice and get everyone mingling. Served rustic style on wooden boards, the selection of cured meats, artisan cheeses and freshly baked breads set the tone for a meal full of flavour and shared joy. We made sure dietary needs were fully catered for too because everyone deserved to enjoy the moment without worry.

As heartfelt speeches and laughter filled the air, our team prepared the main course buffet. The centrepiece? A golden, slow-roasted pig carved on site, its aroma drifting across the garden and drawing guests in. We loved seeing everyone’s reactions with plates full, eyes brighter, hearts warm. The vegetarian and vegan guests were treated with just as much care, enjoying vibrant grilled skewers, fresh salads and warm bread rolls that matched the quality of the main roast.
When it came time for dessert, guests were invited to help themselves to a trio of sweet treats that perfectly rounded off the meal. But it wasn’t just about food, it was about connection. The clinking of glasses, the passing of platters, the quiet “mmm” of approval, those are the memories that last.
To Hetty and Andy, thank you for letting Hog Roast Ludham be a part of your wedding day. It was a beautiful celebration of love, shared under open skies, with plates full of joy. Here’s to a lifetime of delicious moments together.
