Hog Roast Norfolk knows how to create lasting memories for all of our customers, no event is too big for our team and we absolutely loved being a part of last weekend’s celebrations for a VIP.
Mum’s deserve to be celebrated all year round, especially on milestones such as their 80th birthday. When sisters Nicky and Emma Hayes came to us with the idea of putting an event together for their mum, we knew we had to make it a day to remember. A milestone like this calls for much more than just cake and balloons, she deserved a day full of memories, laughter and extremely tasty food!
On a summer evening held at the stunning Walker Cricket Ground in Southgate London, 90 guests gathered on September 6th, brought together by our showstopping hog roast. As family and friends arrived, it was clear how much the day meant to the family and we knew we had to ensure every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the 
location to the menu and we felt so privileged to be a part of it.
As the woman of the hour arrived, the hog roast was also taking centre stage. Whilst Nicky and Emma made sure their mum was getting ready for her extra special day, our Hog Roast Norfolk team were hard at work long before the guests arrived. The hog roast was slow roasted for hours on site, the meat was tender and paired with crispy crackling, flavoursome sage and onion stuffing, as well as our sweet apple sauce.
Celebrating a woman who clearly all guests love and admire, the evening drew to a close, as the sunset and the laughter filled the cricket ground, everyone left with a full heart and even fuller stomachs. Emma and Nicky created a day that everyone involved will be talking about for years to come and we were honoured to be a part of it all.
