Hog Roast Wednesbury Makes Sean’s Garden Party Unforgettable

Hog Roast WednesburyOn 9th August 2025, Hog Roast Wednesbury had the pleasure of catering a relaxed garden party hosted by Sean and his wife at their home in Brundall. With 40 guests to serve, the day was all about creating a smooth, enjoyable experience where everyone could relax, socialise, and enjoy delicious food without any stress.

The centrepiece of the event was a whole roasted pig with golden crackling, served with apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Guests were also able to enjoy a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, alongside accompaniments like tomato and mozzarella salad, mixed salad, and creamy coleslaw. For those who preferred something lighter or plant-based, our homemade vegetarian and vegan option of grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers (prepared without halloumi for vegans) was served with wraps, tzatziki, and a punchy sweet chilli sauce. Our team handled every detail of the day’s catering, serving all dishes buffet-style on wooden disposable crockery with matching cutlery. Catering Manager’s Ria and Paul ensured the service flowed smoothly, allowing Sean and his guests to focus entirely on enjoying the party. Friendly, attentive staff made sure everyone was looked after and that the event felt relaxed and welcoming from start to finish.
