
The centrepiece of the event was a whole roasted pig with golden crackling, served with apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Guests were also able to enjoy a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, alongside accompaniments like tomato and mozzarella salad, mixed salad, and creamy coleslaw. For those who preferred something lighter or plant-based, our homemade vegetarian and vegan option of grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers (prepared without halloumi for vegans) was served with wraps, tzatziki, and a punchy sweet chilli sauce. Freshly made chips, served with a variety of sauces and a sprinkling of salt and vinegar, rounded out the buffet.

Our team handled every detail of the day’s catering, serving all dishes buffet-style on wooden disposable crockery with matching cutlery. Catering Manager’s Ria and Paul ensured the service flowed smoothly, allowing Sean and his guests to focus entirely on enjoying the party. Friendly, attentive staff made sure everyone was looked after and that the event felt relaxed and welcoming from start to finish.
