Over the years, Hog Roast Attleborough has catered for meetings of so many different clubs ad groups and it always great fun to see the members doing what they love, whether it may be a book group, an art class, or something completely unique! When it comes to catering, we have so many different menus to choose from, with something that is sure to be ideal for any occasion.
Hannah has been running a weekly art group for the last five years and the club is now a close-knit group of people who all enjoy meeting up and trying something new. The group first began online as a way to keep busy during the pandemic, and now takes place in person at the community centre. Every few months, the group enjoys refreshments at the meeting, ranging from cakes and pastries to delicious lunches. This June, Hog Roast Attleborough has been hired to cater for the occasion, with our managers Ria and Paul creating the perfect menu for the occasion.
On the day of the group meeting, the Hog Roast Attleborough team arrived at the community centre in the morning and got to work on preparing our menu. We started by slow-roasting the hog, which was the star of our meal, especially when served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, the guests could enjoy marinated chicken kebabs or BBQ-pulled jackfruit. Additionally, we served homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a variety of fresh salad dishes, which ensured that our menu was varied and nutritious. We served our menu buffet style, which was perfect for ensuring that every guest could create their perfect lunch. It was great to see so many people enjoying our meal and our team loved seeing so many great artists at work!
