The event sold out incredibly quickly, with lots of couples hoping to enjoy a relaxing day at the spa, complete with their choice of treatments, and a hearty and comforting meal. For the catering, the Hog Roast Burnham Market has been asked to serve our classic hog roast menu with a few additional dishes, to ensure that there is plenty for every guest to enjoy. Our catering managers Ria and Paul were eager to get involved with this event since it is sure to be a rewarding day.
When the day of the event arrives, the Hog Roast Burnham Market team will plan on getting to the spa in the morning to ensure that we have plenty of time to prepare the dishes on-site. We will begin with the main dishes, which will include our classic slow-roasted hog, as well as marinated chicken kebabs and halloumi and vegetable skewers.
